1. About FloridaTestHub
FloridaTestHub is an independent educational practice service operated by Tesla Bright Academy. It is not Florida Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles (FLHSMV), and it is not affiliated with, approved by, or endorsed by the State of Florida or any official examination authority.
2. Practice material
Our questions, explanations and mock examinations are original study materials. They are not official examination questions. We aim for accuracy, but road laws, official procedures and examination formats may change. You should also study current official materials and instructions.
Your practice results are educational indicators only. We do not guarantee that you will pass an official examination or receive a licence.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in secure. Access is personal to you and may not be shared, sold or transferred. If you are under the legal age to enter this agreement, a parent or guardian must approve your use and purchase.
4. Free and paid access
The free diagnostic may be used without a paid package. A Single Mock purchase provides the stated mock access for 7 days. Complete Preparation provides the stated mocks, question bank, digital study guide, topic practice and progress features for 30 days. Access begins after successful payment capture. Prices and included features are shown before purchase.
5. Payments and refunds
Payments are processed by Stripe or PayPal. We do not receive or store your full card number. Refund requests are handled under our Refund Policy, and nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
6. Acceptable use
You may use the service for personal study. You may not copy, scrape, republish, sell, reverse engineer, automate access to, or interfere with the service or its question bank. We may suspend access reasonably believed to involve fraud, abuse, account sharing or security threats.
7. Availability and changes
We may correct questions, improve features or perform maintenance. We will take reasonable steps to restore paid access after a service interruption. Material package changes will not reduce an active paid entitlement without an appropriate remedy.
8. Responsibility
Use of FloridaTestHub does not replace official instruction, professional driving tuition or compliance with road laws. To the fullest extent permitted by law, FloridaTestHub is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from reliance on practice results. Nothing here excludes liability or consumer rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by applicable law. Before starting a formal dispute, please submit a support request so we can try to resolve the matter promptly.
