1. Who controls your information
FloridaTestHub, operated by Tesla Bright Academy, controls the personal information described in this policy. You can contact us through the signed-in support page or at admin@floridatesthub.com.
2. Information we collect
- Account details supplied by the sign-in service, such as a stable account identifier, email address and display name.
- Learning activity, including practice mode, selected topic, mock number, score, duration, pass target and attempt date.
- Purchase and access records, including package, amount, currency, Stripe or PayPal transaction reference, payment status and access expiry.
- Support requests, including category, subject, message, account email, status and submission time.
- Basic technical and security information produced by our hosting and payment providers when you use the service.
3. Information we do not store
Stripe and PayPal handle payment credentials. FloridaTestHub does not receive or store your full card number, bank account number or PayPal password. We currently use no advertising trackers and do not sell personal information.
4. Why we use information
We use information to identify your account, deliver purchased access, save progress, calculate dashboard results, process and verify payments, answer support requests, prevent abuse, maintain security and comply with legal obligations.
5. Service providers
Information is processed by providers necessary to operate the service, including our hosting infrastructure for the website and account experience, and Stripe and PayPal for checkout and payment processing. Those providers process information under their own terms and privacy notices.
6. Retention and security
We retain account, learning, purchase and support records while needed to provide the service, maintain transaction records, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
7. Your choices and rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete personal information connected to your account, subject to records we must retain by law or for legitimate transaction and security purposes. You may also raise a privacy concern through Contact & Support. Rights available under Florida data-protection law remain unaffected.
8. Children
The service is not directed to children under 13. A minor who uses or purchases the service should do so with the involvement and permission of a parent or guardian.
9. Changes
We may update this policy as the service develops. The date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be presented clearly before they take effect where appropriate.
