Digital access
FloridaTestHub packages provide time-limited access to digital practice materials. Access begins immediately after a successful payment, so please review the package description and access period before completing your purchase.
When a refund is available
Please submit a request within 7 days of the transaction. We will normally provide a full refund for a verified duplicate charge, an incorrect amount, an unauthorised transaction reported through the appropriate process, or paid access that we cannot provide or restore within a reasonable time.
Change of mind
Because access is digital and begins immediately after payment, a change-of-mind request may be declined after substantial use of the paid question bank, mock examinations or topic practice. If you purchased the wrong package, contact us promptly and avoid using it while we review the request.
How to request help
Open Contact & Support, choose “Payment or refund,” and include the package, purchase date and a short description. Do not send card or bank details. We may ask for the Stripe or PayPal transaction reference needed to verify the purchase.
Processing
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method. Stripe, PayPal and your financial institution control when the returned funds appear. Access connected to a refunded purchase may be removed.
